These Terms & Conditions govern sales made through Calvray and operate alongside the Terms of Service and the policies displayed in the store.

Customer eligibility

You must have legal capacity to contract and must provide accurate billing, contact, and delivery information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Formation of a sale

Store listings invite an order but do not themselves create a contract. A sales contract forms when Calvray accepts the order through an acceptance or dispatch confirmation. An initial automated receipt only confirms that the order was received for review.

Prices and payment

Transactions are set in USD. Shipping, tax, and other disclosed amounts are added as shown at checkout. Payment-provider conversion or cross-border charges are independent of Calvray.

Fulfillment and title

Delivery availability depends on destination and product eligibility. Risk and ownership transfer according to applicable law; ownership may remain with Calvray until full payment is received.

Consumer remedies

The Return & Refund Policy describes our standard process. Any stronger mandatory cancellation, conformity, warranty, refund, or other consumer rights in your jurisdiction take priority.

Uncontrollable events

Calvray is not liable for delay caused by circumstances reasonably outside its control, including public action, natural events, infrastructure interruption, labor disruption, or carrier failure.

General terms
