Return & Refund Policy

This policy explains Calvray?? process for eligible returns, order problems, and refunds while preserving all rights that cannot be limited by law.

Eligibility period

Request a return within 30 days of delivery. The product should be unused, unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and packaging, and supported by proof of purchase. Returns require approval before being sent.

Excluded products

Opened hygiene or personal-care products, intimate goods, perishables, dangerous materials, customized products, gift cards, and items identified as final sale are not returnable unless faulty or applicable law provides a remedy.

Faults and fulfillment mistakes

Inspect the parcel after delivery. For a damaged, defective, wrong, or missing item, send the order number and clear images of the item, packaging, and label. Following review, we may offer replacement, refund, or another legally appropriate remedy.

Return transport

For a discretionary return, the customer pays return delivery unless otherwise stated. Calvray covers reasonable return costs for verified faults or fulfillment errors where required. Original delivery charges are refundable only when this policy or law requires it.

Refund handling

After receipt and inspection, an approved refund is returned to the original payment method. Provider posting times vary. Where legally permitted, diminished value caused by unnecessary handling may be deducted.
