This Shipping Policy covers Calvray order preparation, available rates, estimated delivery, tracking, international charges, and delivery concerns.

Preparation

Orders typically leave processing within 1?? business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Fraud checks, inventory, promotional demand, and circumstances beyond reasonable control may extend processing.

Rates

For destinations available at checkout, a subtotal from USD 0.00 to USD 44.99 qualifies for Fast shipping at USD 5.99. A subtotal of USD 45.00 or more qualifies for Free shipping at USD 0.00. Checkout confirms the rate available for the order and destination.

Transit estimates

Any estimated transit period begins upon dispatch. It is not a guaranteed arrival date and may be affected by carrier capacity, customs, weather, seasonal volume, or destination conditions.

Duties and import costs

Unless checkout expressly says otherwise, the recipient is responsible for destination taxes, customs duties, brokerage, and similar import costs. These charges are controlled by local authorities or carriers rather than Calvray.

Tracking and address accuracy

Tracking is emailed when available and can take 1?? business days to activate. Customers must provide a complete deliverable address and follow carrier notices. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Delivery support

If tracking has stalled beyond a reasonable carrier period, a parcel arrives damaged, or a delivered parcel cannot be located after local checks, email service@calvray.com with the order number.
