Payment Security

Calvray uses Shopify checkout and established payment providers to help keep transactions protected and reliable.

Encrypted checkout

Checkout data travels over encrypted connections. Complete card numbers and security codes are handled by payment providers and are not made available to Calvray in complete readable form.

Authorization

A provider may place a temporary authorization hold or require security checks before approving payment. The provider controls when a declined or unused authorization is released.

Transaction review

We may review unusual order, billing, device, or payment signals. Where reasonably necessary, we may ask for limited verification, decline payment, or cancel and refund an order to prevent misuse.

Safe payment practices

Keep login details private, use a trusted device, and review account activity. For a Calvray payment question, email service@calvray.com without sending full card details.
