These Terms of Service apply whenever you access the Calvray store, use its features, or purchase a product. Using the store means you accept these terms and the policies referenced here.

Acceptable use

Use the store only for lawful personal or commercial shopping purposes. You must not interfere with security, distribute malicious material, misrepresent your identity, automate abusive requests, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. Calvray may accept, limit, reject, or cancel an order because of inventory, listing or pricing mistakes, payment concerns, suspected abuse, legal restrictions, or fulfillment limitations. Any captured amount for a canceled order will be returned to the original payment method.

Product information

We aim for accurate descriptions, images, and availability. Minor differences may arise from screens, manufacturing batches, or packaging updates. Prices can change before acceptance, while confirmed orders retain the accepted price except where correction is legally permitted.

Ownership of store content

Calvray branding, original copy, page design, graphics, and other protected materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially reused without authorization.

Liability and consumer protection

The store is provided with the warranties expressly stated and those required by law. To the maximum lawful extent, Calvray is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Mandatory consumer rights remain fully effective.
