Use this page to exercise privacy choices that may apply based on your place of residence and Calvray?? handling of your information.

Types of requests

Eligible individuals may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or review of a denied request. Some jurisdictions also provide opt-outs for targeted advertising or processing legally described as selling or sharing personal information.

Submitting a request

Email service@calvray.com with ??rivacy Request??in the subject line. Identify your country or region and clearly state the request. Never include a password or complete payment credentials.

Verification

We may ask for information reasonably necessary to match the requester to store records and prevent unauthorized disclosure. Authorized agents may act where permitted if they provide appropriate authorization evidence.

Response and fairness

We respond within legally required periods, including permitted extensions. Calvray will not unlawfully discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right, although deletion of information essential to a requested service may affect that service.

Preference signals

Where applicable law requires and store technology supports it, recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals may be honored for the browser or device sending them.
